I was born in 1968 - my life has given me so far many different experiences, both professionally and privately. My passion for development originates here. My family is my main energy source.

Impulses within Coaching

By asking questions I get to the bottom of things so that my Coachee discovers new aspects and resources for him/herself. This makes connections visible that were not "in front of the feet" before. Lifelong learning and development is key. The openness for new perspectives and different paths lead to the solutions that have already been there.
Then the path for a new challenge has been freed.

Internationality

Intercultural trainings and many professional and private stays abroad on all continents have strengthened my sense for cultures and people. I focus on each person taking into account his or her cultural origin and individuality.
