Executive Coaching
Coaching is an effective tool for personnel and leadership development for executives and their teams.
The focus is on concrete challenges from everyday work, such as changes, decisions, or role clarification. Through coaching and practical team workshops, I support the targeted strengthening of problem-solving and change management skills. This leads to clear courses of action, improved collaboration, and sustainable, effective solutions for everyday work.
A central aspect is the shift in perspective: by adopting new viewpoints, my coachees often discover previously untapped opportunities and develop creative approaches to complex situations.

Goal: Improve the cooperation in the Executive Management.
Deal constructively with differences. Questions: Developing solutions on how to turn a coexistence into a togetherness in cooperation. What are the obstacles in this context and how can they be overcome? Which personalities work together? On which topics does the leadership team primarily have opposing opinions? When do the members switch to an emotional discussion? Are there allies on certain topics? What prejudices exist and make cooperation difficult? Increase personal resilience.
Brand transformation
Objective: Build up a start-up to a mid-sized company, including the repositioning of a brand.
Brand: Develop a strategy encompassing the brand core, vision, and brand story (why, what, how). Design the product range and define pricing strategy. Identify the target group and plan the relaunch strategy.
Sales: Set mid-term goals, explore new sales channels, and optimally connect online and offline activities.
Website: Design the structure and content of a new website, including an online store. Ensure smooth transitions between offline and online sales.
Leadership: Provide coaching to the founder through the various phases of building up the business.
Business succession
Goal: Successful entry of the next generation in a family business.
Integration into the existing organization. Who can support this? Finding ones own place and self-confidently setting personal accents for the future success of the company. Acquiring professional know-how. Becoming aware of the roles each individual has in the family compared to their role in business with appropriate definition. Do other family members plan a role in the business, too? Establishing a framework and similarities in both: skills and responsibilities. How does a common vision of the company look like?
